I'm going to make an appointment with a doctor. Yes, a psychiatrist. I would have gone with a psychologist but there doesn't seem to be any here in town. I think I need help. Not only for my axiety and depression and the anger. But for my alcohol dependance. I can't handle it on my own anymore. Now I just gotta get the balls to call. updated: I called. My appointment is set for next Friday at 9am.
