Well what a day THIS has turned out to be.

First off I overslept and nearly missed my therapy appointment. But I did manage to grab a shower, wash my hair and breeze out of here and STILL made it with 10 minutes to spare*time for a smoke whoo hoo!!!!*

After talking with therapist*which made me feel a little better* She refers me to a psychiatrist because...she thinks that I am in fact bipolar*rapid cycling at that* So I called and set up appointment with head shrinker*april 30th*...Is it any coincidence that headshrinker has the same name as IB...although spelled differently? Anyway...

After therapy, I went to ye olde family doc because my back is STILL killing me. They wanted to give me another shot of decadron but after having 2 steroid shots in a week I've gained weight...meaning that I weigh almost as much as I did before I went on my diet back in December :(

Went to work to turn in my LOA paperwork *they finally certified my leave even though they didn't want to* let's just say the words "voluntary resignation" were used...more than once :( so fuck it. I still can't sit for extended periods of time but THAT'S OK. I'll figure something out. But because the back is still giving me trouble they went ahead and scheduled an MRI for Wednesday...this should be fuuuuuuuun...*not!* And of course I start physical therapy tomorrow...

I also had a gyno appointment today but due to the overwhelming stresses prior to I decided to skip it...I think that's something that can wait a little while longer anyway.
