Blargh. The past two weeks have NOT been good. I spent most of them highly agitated and crying/depressed. I'm better this week, but some of the fallout from my 'agitated state' is about to come back and bite me on the butt at work I do believe. :(

Right before I left tonight my supervisor told me that he needed to talk to me when I come back because evidently, he got an email from a Verifications supervisor...

I remember this, I had called over to that department because I needed to have information verified. (Let's not forget that the system automatically put the hold on the account) Anyway, the rep I got on the line was rude, snide and condescending and told me to put the right hold on there and call back. So I'm looking high and low for this supposed hold and no such creature exists. So I call back, and get THE SAME RUDE CONDESCENDING REP, I explain to her what's going on, and she just got worse. Being already EXTREMELY irritable, I was not about to deal with her attitude and gave it back to her, only not as bad, but I did end up hanging up the phone on her. And that rep left a note in the account that I had disconnected the call because she told me to put the right hold on the claim.

First off, the hold that the rep was telling me to use, I was told during training to NOT use, secondly, she had NO REASON to act the way she did. Granted that didn't give ME the right be b*tchy but I couldn't help it and I didn't even realize that I had hung up until after I already did.

Anyway, that's the ONLY thing I can think of as the rep from the Verifications department is the only person I've had problems with. Blahhhhhh :( This blows.
